Moving home, a bit more gently

We're a two-person agency, so our footprint is small. Here's what we do to keep it that way.

Viewings on foot or by bike

Nell and Owen walk or cycle to viewings within a mile of the office. Further out, we share a single electric car.

Brochures, tenancy agreements and sale memos are all digital. We only print when you ask us to.

Our For Sale and To Let boards are reused until they fall apart, then recycled. No new board for every listing.

We point out the easy wins, like loft insulation, draught-proofing and a smart thermostat, before your EPC is done.

For every sale we complete, we plant a tree with the Kettlewick Meadows residents' group.
