From the people we've moved

“We were first-time buyers and completely lost. Nell explained every step before it happened, and we had the keys in eleven weeks.”

“Nell priced it fairly, the tour video went up on the Friday and we had three offers by the next weekend. Nine days, start to finish.”

“Owen looks after two flats for me. Rent lands on time, repairs get sorted before I hear about them, and he actually picks up the phone.”

“Our buyer's chain wobbled twice. Nell rang round everyone involved and kept it together. I don't think a bigger agency would have bothered.”

“Owen showed me round on a Saturday and had the paperwork done by Wednesday. The flat was spotless and exactly like the video.”

“They told us which streets flood in winter and which ones get the school traffic. That kind of local detail made us feel sure about the house we picked.”
