How Nell sells your home

We come to your door
Nell visits, looks round, and gives you a price based on what's actually sold on your street, not a number to win the instruction.

We film your front-door tour
On a bright day we knock, open the door and walk through the whole house on camera. It goes out with your photos and floor plan.
- 03
We show people round
Every viewing is accompanied, six days a week, and you get feedback the same evening.
- 04
We keep the sale moving
Once you accept an offer, Nell chases solicitors, surveyors and the rest of the chain so you don't have to.
- 05
You hand over the keys
Most of our sales complete in eleven to fourteen weeks. We'll be there on the day.

Every tour starts where a real viewing does: on the doorstep. We knock, open the door and walk you through the home room by room.

Fees
One fee, and only when you sell
No upfront costs, no tie-in. We agree the fee before we start and you pay it on completion. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing.
